Non-automatic scales

Container scales are used in the building materials industry or in animal feed plants. The stock of available aggregates can be recorded and transferred to a control system. The products are discharged into a subsequent process via a dosing device, depending on their weight.

Motor-driven hopper scales take several components from different product silos in a given quantity ratio and empty them into a mixer. They can be moved precisely on a rail system with position sensors.

Platform scales or floor scales are used for weight recording with/without printout. Special designs for different weighing ranges or maximum loads for use in hazardous areas or in stainless steel for the food industry are available.

Pallet scales are used individually for weight recording with/without printout as well as in conjunction with other components, e.g. in big bag fillings, on which the containers are filled standing on the pallet. This can be done with a simple visual filling level monitor or automatically as an automatic scale for weighing.

Multi-component dosing systems are used in conjunction with mixing systems. Through the combination of flap and screw dosing, very small quantities (e.g. colour pigments) can be added to a main component (e.g. colourless granulate). The mixing ratio can be tracked at any time via recipe management.
