Big-Bag emptying equipment
Big bag emptying devices for disposable or reusable big bags as material feeds in production processes or for refilling into other containers with or without weighing of the discharged quantity are designed with stable racks, into which the full bag is either inserted by a stacker suspended from the load lifting cross or lifted and retracted by a chain hoist. By adding weighing technology, controlled discharge dosing or systems for repacking big bags into 25 kg sacks or cartons are possible.
For the emptying of Big-Bags, Octabins or barrels individual systems are realized. Versions for hazardous areas or the food industry are optionally available.

The Big Bag Emptying Station with chain hoist is indispensable when using different Big Bag sizes and high alternating frequency. The bags can be optimally positioned and lifted again for better emptying.

Sack, drum and Octabin emptying stations are available in various versions for low-dust sack emptying, for automated drum emptying with safety housing and also for Octabins with/without inliner.
