Sack filling scales
Verifiable bagging scales for filling sacks, bags, pouches or cartons are available in the range from 10 to 50 kg. According to the weighing principle we differentiate between gross or net bagging scales as well as according to the type of container in scales for valve bag, open-mouth bag or carton filling. They are suitable for granulates, seeds, fertilizers, animal feed and many other flowable bulk materials. The bagging scales are also suitable for filling smaller containers of 2 ... 10 kg, but in this area fall under the Prepackage Ordinance and require a separate checkweigher with corresponding records.
Gross bagging scales weigh the sample directly in the container, which is filled with coarse and fine flow up to the target weight via the dosing device. In combination with modern weighing electronics (e.g. Systec-ITxE series or Siemens-SIWAREX) a high performance with high accuracy and calibration capability is achieved.
Electronic gross bagging scales
Net bagging scales weigh the sample independently of the container and pour the exact target quantity into the container that has been prepared in the meantime. This results in a considerably higher performance compared to the gross bagging scales. In connection with modern weighing electronics (e.g. Systec-ITxE series or Siemens-SIWAREX) a high accuracy and calibration capability is achieved.
