A big bag is a flexible bulk container for bulk goods. The internationally used abbreviation is FIBC and stands for Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container.
Big bags usually consist of a stable plastic fabric and have 1, 2 or 4 loops for suspension or transport. The most common designs are those with a filling spout/filling nozzle on the top and an emptying spout on the bottom. However, there are also Big Bags which are completely open at the top or with collapsible aprons which are partly sewn together. The underside of disposable bags can also be closed and is opened and destroyed by placing them on an emptying device with pyramid knives.
The Oschatzer Waagen GmbH systems are designed as standard for Big Bags with upper and lower nozzles, but as a special construction we also realize all other variants.
