Electronic net bulk scales
All net bulk scales are characterised by a weighing hopper suspended from load cells, which is filled to the target weight via a dosing device and then emptied via pneumatically actuated bottom flaps. In combination with modern weighing electronics (e.g. Systec-ITxE series or Siemens-SIWAREX) a high performance with high accuracy and calibration capability is achieved. The scale has a complete pneumatic equipment and electrical wiring on terminal boxes or control cabinet.
By completing them with pre- and post hoppers as well as suitably designed racks, these scales can be used for receiving and discharging bulk materials, for dosing within process chains up to bagging solutions. By using special components and additional earthing measures, the scales can be designed for use in ATEX areas. A corresponding type certification is available for zones 20 to 22.

Net bulk scale with flap dosing
Electronic net dumping scales with flap dosing are used for free-flowing small grain products. For weighing goods with a slight tendency to bridging, the dosing shaft can be supplemented with an agitator.
