Even though external circumstances or production processes do change, it is not always necessary to get a new weighing system. Oschatzer Waagen GmbH will work closely with you and support you while adapting both older weighing systems manufactured by us or machines and systems from other manufacturers to new requirements and adding new components.
Reasons for Adding New Components
One example is the conversion of a manual gross bagging unit for wood pellets into a fully automatic line with double net bulk scales, flow wrapping machine and palletizing robot, with subsequent stretch wrap machine. In this case, it is possible to increase output from about 100 sacks per hour to more than 1000 sacks per hour.
