Big-Bag container filling equipment

Big-bag filling devices are produced as automatic weighing scales (SWA) in various versions and can be calibrated. Each system is individually adapted to the customer's requirements, whether with a vertical weighing system or as a suspended version. All systems have pneumatic equipment and electrical wiring on terminal boxes or control cabinets as well as weighing electronics with bagging application. The scales can be supplemented by a vibrating table, roller conveyors and pneumatically driven handling devices. Filling can alternatively also be carried out according to the net principle. In this case, the containers are placed on a roller conveyor or on the ground with a pallet. For weighing, a net dumping scale is used, which fills the container with several individual dumps up to the target weight. The scales can be supplemented with pre-containers with appropriate racks and platforms, dust extraction devices as well as inflation devices and equipped for use in potentially explosive areas in accordance with the ATEX directive.
