Bulk Scales
The calibratable bulk scales operate according to the net principle and are suitable for receiving and loading bulk materials as well as for dispensing a specified mass into processes or packaging systems. They consist of a weighing hopper, a dosing device adapted to the material to be weighed, and powerful weighing electronics. Various sizes and variants with a capacity of up to 1,000 t/h are available.
Sack Filling Scales
Bagging scales for calibratable filling into sacks, bags, bags or cartons in the range from 10 to 50 kg are available in various versions. According to the weighing principle, we differentiate between gross or net bagging scales as well as valve bag, open-mouth bag or carton filling according to the type of container. They are suitable for granulates, seeds, fertilizers, animal feed and many other flowable bulk materials.
Big Bags Facilities
For the filling of large containers / big bags, systems with different equipment variants are available in the product range. Both vertical and suspended filling can be calibrated in the range from 250 kg to 2,000 kg. Bagging capacities of up to 30 big bags per hour are possible.
Non-automatic Scales
Container scales, platform scales or pallet scales in all possible special designs round off the product portfolio.
Completion Products
We offer a range of additional components to supplement your weighing system. Sack sewing machines, welding equipment, conveyor belts and bag handling systems are available for bagging systems. Compaction systems such as vibrating tables or vibrators, roller conveyors as well as rotary tables from our own production or from well-known suppliers complete your system to an integrated plant.
ATEX Solutions
Bulk solids are inextricably linked to dust generation. Many dusts are flammable to explosive in the right mixture with air. In order to ensure the safety of your system when used in an ATEX zone, we can equip both the scales and additional equipment with protective systems in accordance with the requirements of Directive 2014/34/EC. We have type approval up to zone 20 for our explosion-protected bulk scales.
